As CEO of KaiTei Jigging, Jim brings extensive business expertise from his experiences at Noble Audio and his background as a practicing lawyer. With years of experience managing and growing successful companies, Jim has a proven track record in product design and maintaining high standards of quality. Outside of work, Jim has passed down his passion for fishing to his children, fostering an ongoing family tradition.

Son of Jim, and of Japanese and American descent, Kai has lived in Japan and is fluent in the language. This has allowed him to engage with Japanese slow-pitch masters and access information not readily available to most anglers in America. Kai has a deep passion for fishing and enjoys sharing his knowledge by teaching others about slow-pitch jigging.

Introduced to slow-pitch jigging by Kai, and with a background in both engineering and accounting, Daniel was a natural addition to the team. Daniel brings technical expertise and financial acumen to KaiTei Jigging, and is passionate about helping grow slow-pitch jigging in America.
